The National High School Federation Rules &  Regulations will apply to all Richey Sports Basketball  Events with the exceptions.2019-2020 SeasonTime Limit   4 - 8 Minute Quarters Running Clock (Clock Stops In The Last 1 Minute of Each Quarter)Time Outs, 3 Per Half. 8U - 12U will use the 28.5 or 29.5 Size Ball Each Team is responsible for  warm-up balls. 2 direct technical fouls on a  player, coach or team representative will result in their disqualifaction for  the next game of the tournament. Fighting or unsportsmanlike  conduct will result in ejection from the game and possible game suspensions.   Protests   $100 protest fee must be put  up to protest. Official's calls are not grounds for protest. The tournaments director makes the final ruling. Players of the right age can play in different age divisions in the same tournament, as long as they are listed on both rosters.

Age Cutoff

8U Boys & Girls - players must be 8 or under with this exceptio, players can be 9 as long as they are in the 2nd grade.

10U Boys & Girls - players must be 10 or under with this exception, players can be 11 as long as they are in the 4th grade.

12U Boys & Girls - players must be 12 or under with this exception, players can be 13 as long as they are in the 6th grade.

14U Boys & Girls - players must be 14 or under with this exception, players can be 15 as long as they are in the 8th grade.

Tie Breakers   2 teams tied goes to Head to  Head 3 or more teams tied goes to Point Differential
